Okay, so we haven't used this rain coat in quite a while. It went missing with the move for a bit, but eventually resurfaced just in time for Monsoon season (that's 'fall' in Vancouver, for those who don't live here).Realistically, it only half-helps to keep Louise dry. It keeps the water off her back but does very little to keep her belly from getting wet and muddy. But man, does it ever get the looks from passers by.
Which is probably the best reason to put it on. Louise does like the attention, afterall.
